Student Parking - Poole Campus Only

Description

Student Parking - Poole Campus Only

We can offer our Poole-based students without a student travel pass, access to our designated Student car park.

The cost for this is just £35 per academic year, plus a £5 deposit for the car park access card, which is good value at only £1 per week and covers some of the costs for maintaining and securing the facility.

The £5 deposit for the plastic access card, will be refunded if you return the card to NR Main Reception by the end of the year (July 2025). The access card is recycled once returned.

Note:

* Payment does not guarantee a parking space,
* There are limited spaces (140)
* Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis

If you don’t want to pay the fee to use our car park, the link below provides information on alternative parking nearby:

www.poole.gov.uk/parking/car-parks/other-poole-car-parks

The Student parking system becomes ‘live’ from 1st September 2024, you can apply and pay for a Student Car Park access card by:

1. Going onto the College Store.
2. Inputting your name, student number, vehicle details, then pay online and print the receipt or show your receipt from your phone
3. Hand your receipt in at the North Road Reception, they will process your data within 48hrs at which point you can return to reception and collect your barrier swipe card.

There are some ‘conditions of use’ to keep our students and neighbours safe and happy – do follow these to prevent your access card from being cancelled without a refund:

• Adhere to the speed limits (5MPH) and drive safely in and on
roads around the car park

• Park in marked bays only - no double parking/blocking anyone
in.
• No tailgating or ‘sharing’ the access card with others
• No loud music/revving engines etc
• When the car park is showing FULL you must turn around and
find an alternative space
