An evening of bread-making.

Explore the art of creating fresh bread, including the key steps of kneading and proving. Ideal for beginners or those fellow foodies who want to enjoy an evening of learning within a professional environment.

Making Italian Olive Bread, Wholemeal Bloomer and Shaped Rolls.

All ingredients will be supplied, please bring a container to take your bread home an apron and please wear flat shoes or trainers.
