Become proficient in your knife skills and hone your ability to use your culinary equipment safely and with style. Perfect for individuals who want to enhance their knife skills in a kitchen environment.

An evening showing how to cut a whole chicken, cooking and presenting a dish. Chicken Forestiere, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Tender stem Broccoli.

All ingredients will be supplied. Please bring a container to take your food home, a tea towel and an apron, and please wear flat shoes or trainers.
